You can now use culture and combined sports and culture benefits to pay entrance fees to sports and culture fairs. Messukeskus Helsinki welcomes employee benefit users to Helsinki Book Fair, Golf Fair and Habitare Fair. The benefit is available at the cashier’s desks at the entrances of Messukeskus. However, the sports benefit alone is for the time being not suitable as payment, and the benefit cannot be used for e-ticket purchases.
After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.
Tickets cannot be changed and are not reclaimed.
Tickets can only be ordered in an electronic form. After payment the order confirmation will be sent to the given email address. The order confirmation includes links to tickets. Each ticket entitles to one visit to the event specified in the ticket. Students, pensioners, children and conscripts must have a valid id in order to benefit from the discount they are entitled to.
If tickets are printed out, make sure to keep them in good condition so that the codes can be read at the door. Messukeskus Helsinki will not reimburse damaged tickets.
Tickets cannot be changed and are not reclaimed.
Messukeskus Helsinki is not responsible for any changes in the event's programme.
If the event is rescheduled, Messukeskus will strive to ensure that tickets already purchased can also be used at a new time. Messukeskus will not redeem paid tickets if the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to so-called force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be such obstacles that makes it impossible or unreasonably difficult for Messukeskus to fulfil contractual obligations that were impossible to foresee at the time of the contract and which are caused by an exceptional external obstacle such as natural disaster, disruption of energy supply, infectious diseases (epidemic or pandemic), general restrictions imposed by authorities, fire, labour dispute, any decision or action concerning the venue, the event, the circumstances or the reason which makes the use of the venue or the organisation of the event considerably more difficult and/or impossible, or any other equally significant and unusual reason.
Messukeskus offers the exhibitor the opportunity to send eTickets to persons they wish through the online store. The amount and cost of tickets is always agreed upon separately with the exhibitor. Messukeskus is not responsible for the delivery of eTicket shipments, the correctness of the email addresses or telephone numbers entered by the exhibitor into the system, or for contacting the persons who received eTickets in case an event is rescheduled or cancelled.
Messukeskus Helsinki has the right to refuse entry on the grounds of health security. In this case, Messukeskus will exchange the entrance ticket for a gift ticket, which gives a one-time entry to all events organised by Messukeskus during the same year.
